What happens in individual therapy?

Transformation doesn’t happen overnight. But it can’t start until you take the first step. 

 

In your first session, you’ll meet with one of our experienced therapists to talk about what’s been going on in your life. What’s working, what’s not, and what you hope can change.

 

This isn’t a rushed process. You’ll meet regularly, one-on-one, in a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back and what’s possible for you.
